Spellcaster had quite a few dull bits.
It had a large dull bit at the beginning, which didn't end until about halfway.
When it finally got interesting at that point, it didn't last for long.
The second half seemed to do a lot of that. There would be a slow patch, and then it would get interesting, but then after a few pages it would start to get boring again.
The characters were okay, but sometimes they could be annoying.
Overall, slow and boring.
I felt relieved when the end came.
