Every Ugly Word By Aimee L. Salter

Every Ugly WordEvery Ugly Word by Aimee L. Salter
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This was an okay read, but i did feel bored at points.

I felt really sorry for Ashley. I was bullied all through school as well, so i know how bad she felt. Having a mother with an attitude like hers did would make the situation ten times worse though.

There were times where i felt bored, and thought the book would never end, but it kept my interest just enough for me to want to carry on reading, so i could find out how it all ended.

Overall, Okay read.

Ignited (Sense Thieves #3)Ignited by Corrine Jackson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Ignited was a good read.

I really liked how Remy and Lucy was so close in the last two books, so it was sad to see them not getting along in the beginning of this one.

I loved how the love triangle ended, she defiantly ended up with the right guy!

The pacing in this one was perfect. There was loads of action, but it wasn't rushed, and i wasn't bored once.

Overall, A great sequel.

Harp's Voice (Harp's Song, #2)Harp's Voice by Cassie Shine
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I enjoyed this one a bit more than the first one.

Harp was a completely different girl to who she was in book one, and i liked her a lot more.
Her mother also changed, and it was nice to see her and Harp getting on.

There was a few parts in this where i felt a bit bored, but other than that it was an okay read. I enjoyed it slightly more than the first one, as it had less unbelievable moments, and i liked the characters more.

Overall, Okay sequel.

This was an okay read, but I lost interest.

I really liked LJ and Ben in the first book, but they annoyed me in this one.

The pacing in this one was slow, and the story just couldn't keep my interest unfortunately.

Overall, Not awful, but couldn't keep my interest.

I enjoyed this about the same as the last one - Not much.

Maya continued to make stupid decisions in this one, and the other characters weren't much better.

There was a few parts in this that i didn't find quite as bad as the rest, but apart from them, it really, really bored me.

Overall, Wasn't a great series for me. Glad it's over.

I didnt enjoy the first one that much, but this one worse.

The characters in this one werent great. Maya really annoyed me, and the amount of stupid decisions she made was ridiculous.

I started to feel really bored around halfway, and i just wanted it to hurry up and end.

Overall, Not a zombie series i enjoy.

The Perimeter (Outside #3)The Perimeter by Shalini Boland
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This was an okay read, but it was defiantly the weakest installment in the series for me.

Riley was an okay character, but i didn't like her as much as i remember liking her in the first two.

I couldn't remember much from the last two books, so it took me a while to get into this one. When i did, i wasn't enjoying it as much as i remember enjoying the other two, and i was bored through a lot of it unfortunately.

Overall, Dissappointing.

The Half-Truth (Drowning #2)The Half-Truth by Claire Svendsen
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This series really knows how to mess with my head!

I had loads of questions in the last book, and i had loads in this one too. Just like the first one though, the main one was "What the hell is going on?!"

I thought the whole "Does Julia actually exist?" thing had been answered, but the last chapter had me asking the question again!

Overall, An interesting read that messed with my head.

This one just couldn't keep my interest unfortunately.

I felt quite sorry for Robyn when she was kidnapped, but other than that i didn't feel anything for her.

The pacing in this one was too slow for me, and most of the things that happened didn't interest/excite me.
I felt like i was waiting for Robyn to be kidnapped for ages, but it was actually only about 10%. It dragged even more than that further on into the story.

Overall, Dragged out and didn't interest me.

I didn't like this as much the second time around.

The characters in this were okay, but I didn't love any of them.

This series got worse with every book.

Alina was an okay character, but again, I didn't like her as much as I did in book one.

The first half of this really bored me. The second half was better, but I still wasn't loving it.

The end was alright, but by that point I was more relieved that I'd finished it than anything else.

Overall, Disappointing.

This was an okay read, but i lost interest.

Tara and Justin were both alright characters, but i can't say i loved them.

The pacing in this one was just too slow for me. I thought the the first few chapters were alright, but after that it started to drag. I went through a lot of the beginning wondering when Justin was going to die because of it, which sounds really really bad!

The ending was unbelievable, and quite cheesy.

Overall, Started out alright, but went downhil.

Cold Shadows was another good read.

I really liked Ellie and Stacey in this one, and i liked seeing Jacob again too.

At first, i didn't think there was as many creepy moments as there was in book one, but the second half had loads of them.
When the mystery of the family who was haunting the house was revealed, i was quite surprised. I didn't expect their story to end that way.

Overall, A decent sequel.
I'm looking forward to reading more about Ellie's ghostly adventures in book three.

I didn't enjoy it as much as the first one.

Alina was an okay character, but i didn't like her as much as i did in book one. Her hunger for power annoyed me.
I didn't like Mal much in the last one, as he kept turning hot and cold. He still had a few of those moments, but not as many, which was an improvement.

Unforuntaley, a lot of the action in this one didn't excite me, and at points it bored me.

Overall, Alright read, but not as good as the first installment.

Clarity (Clarity, #1)Clarity by Loretta Lost

The beginning and ending of this was good, but everything else was a bit dull. I'm thankful that it was short.

Helen was an okay character, and i felt really sorry for her because of everything she went through.
I have to say that Owen and Carmen really annoyed me though!

This ended on a cliffhanger, so i will probably read the other books in the series in the future. I'm just hoping that they're not as dull in the middle as this one.

Overall, Alright read but the middle could have been better.

This was an okay read, but it felt really really long.

Ben and L.J were both likable characters, and i liked their relationship.

I did like this book, but it felt like it went on forever. I expected to hear more about the well, but apart from at the beginning and the end, there wasn't much said about it. I really wanted to find out more about it, so that was quite annoying!

Jonas was an okay character, but i couldn't really connect with him. It was mainly due to how young he was.

The pacing was a bit slow, which made the book feel slightly longer than what it was, but other than it was an alright read.

I'll most likely read the other books in the series, but i think i need a little break first.

The Fine Art of Pretending was an okay read.

Aly and Brandon were both okay characters, and i thought their friendship/romance was cute.

My Lea was an okay read, but boy did i hate the male lead!

At first, i couldn't connect to any of the characters, and didn't feel anything for them. In the second half though, it all changed. I liked Lea, but really, really hated Andrew.

The first half of this wasn't very enjoyable for me unfortunatley. The pacing was too slow, the characters weren't great, and i just couldn't get interested in the story. The second half was better, but Andrew's behaviour in it pissed me off.

I felt really sorry for Nessa throughout the book. The first chapter was heartbreaking, and the twist in the middle was a real kick in the face.

The first 40% of this was pretty slow, and i started to feel bored. The twist in the middle made things exciting though, and really bought the book back to life.
