The main character in this wasn't bad, but I can't say I really liked her.

This started off feeling quite slow for me, and I was struggling to get into it. Unfortunately, that never really changed for me, and it just couldn't gain my interest enough for me to enjoy it.

Overall, Not a very enjoyable one for me.

Overall, An okay read, but not the best retelling I've read.

This started off okay, but after a few chapters I started to lose interest a bit. That didn't last long though fortunately, and it soon got my interest back.

The chapters from Anne were the most gripping for me. I really wanted to know what was going on, and when a chapter from her point of view ended, I wanted another pronto!

Overall, A decent read.
