Soul Beach looked really interesting, but unfortunately, it wasn't.
The majority of the story was slow. Nothing really happened until the end, and i didn't find that bit very interesting, either.
I was expecting this to be a murder mystery, but apart from wondering who did it, Alice didn't do anything to find her sisters killer.
I only carried on reading, because i thought the killer would be revealed, or at the very least, get a few clues. That never happened though, so it seems to have been a waste of time.
Overall, it was quite a boring read. I won't be reading book two.
