My rating: 3 of 5 stars

(I received a copy from Netgalley, In exchange for an honest review.)

Eva was an okay character, but I didn't love her.

This wasn't a bad read, but the pacing killed it for me. There was a few parts that I enjoyed, and I liked the chapters from the killers point of view, but because of how slow the pacing was, everything dragged.

The ending was the best bit for me. It was pretty good, and the pacing wasn't quite so slow at that point, which was a relief!

Overall, Okay read, but felt really long.

The characters in this weren't great. They all annoyed me at one point or another.

I didn't like the first one all that much, but this one was worse unfortunately. It couldn't keep my interest, and the majority of the book was dull.

I'm hoping book three will be better.

This one couldn't keep my interest unfortunately. I had to keep taking breaks as the story really dragged in areas, and I found it hard to find the motivation to pick it back up. It felt really really long, and I was relieved when I got to the end.

Overall, Not a very enjoyable read for me unfortunately.

Ember wasn't an awful character, but I didn't love her. She could be quite annoying at times.
I couldn't get along with Caden at all. I found him extremely annoying! Needless to say, he was the reason I didn't like the romance side of the story.

Just like the first book, the first few chapters were okay, but after that it went downhill quickly. Before I had even got to the halfway mark, I wanted it to be over.

Overall, Not a read I enjoyed.
I won't be reading book three.

Anastasia wasn't an awful character, but I can't say I liked her. She was rude most of the time, and while I did feel sorry for her at points, it wasn't enough to win me round.

I found the pacing in this to be a bit slow, and at points the story really dragged for me. There was a few parts that were okay though, so it wasn't too bad.

Overall, An okay paranormal read.

Maddy and Gabe weren't bad characters, but they did irritate me quite a lot.

I found this one quite boring unfortunately. It was mainly about Maddy and Gabe going from skating partners and best friends to being in a romantic relationship, and after a while of "will they, won't they?" and them arguing over it, it got frustrating and boring.

Overall, Not a bad read, but not really an enjoyable one for me unfortunately.

I didn't get on with the main character at all. She was rude.

I felt bored for most of this unfortunately. Not much was happening and none of the characters were likable enough to save it.
When the story did get a little bit more interesting, it ended! Really annoying.

I really liked the main characters again this one. Ellie and Stacey are both brave, and they work really well together.

There wasn't quite as many creepy moments in this one as there has been in the previous books, but there was a still a decent few. The case was interesting enough that it didn't need loads anyway, so it wasn't an issue.

This series hasn't disappointed so far, and I'm now looking forward to book five!

I felt really sorry for Emma in this at points. Having a loved one going through a terminal illness, and seeing them get worse every day would be awful. It would be made even worse if you were pushed out, and told that you couldn't see them anymore as you were getting in the way. I really did feel for her.

This wasn't a bad read, but as the pacing was so slow, it dragged quite a bit. The story definately would have been a lot more enjoyable for me if the pacing was a bit quicker.

Overall, Slow, but an okay read.

Everything, EverythingEverything, Everything by Nicola Yoon
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

(I received a copy from Netgalley, In exchange for an honest review.)

I felt so sorry for Madeline in this. Being confined in one place all your life, and not being able to experience things outside of your bubble would be really hard to deal with.
I could understand why she would want to break free of that life, but it was really reckless of her to act on it, as it could have killed her.

This really dragged in places for me, and at times I found it very hard to find the motivation to keep reading. The bits where Madeline and Olly talked over email/Instant message were definately the worst parts for me, as I didn't find their conversations interesting at all.

There was a twist, which I wasn't expecting, but it couldn't save the story for me unfortunately.

Overall, Not awful, but I'm not a fan.

Miles was an okay character too, but her other best friend Lani annoyed me quite often.

I didn't like any of the characters in this. The girls at the start were absolutely vile, and the two main characters didn't win me over either.

I was expecting the first chapter of this to be quite disgusting, as it was mentioned in the blurb, but I didn't expect it to be like it was. I can not believe what those girls did - They were disgusting!

The rest of the story was just weird, and boring. I couldn't get interested in the story at all, and I was disgusted at the events many times! I just couldn't wait for the book to be over.
