The Rules felt like it went on forever, as the pacing was really slow.

I liked Ariane. She was tough, but had vulnerable side, and she was quite funny at times.
Zane was an okay character, but he didn't really stand out for me.
The rest of the characters, i didn't like. Most of them were bitchy.

I would have liked more sci-fi, and less high school drama, as the sci-fi part was hardly in it.

Overall, slow and disappointing.
