Not a Drop to Drink was an okay read, but the lack of world building stopped it from being great.

Lynn was an okay character, but it took a while for me to warm to her.
She was raised to be hard. It's understandable that she'd be like that because of how the world is, but it made her less likable because she always had her guard up.
When she let her guard down, i started to warm to her.

Some of the other characters in this were likable as well.
I really liked Stebbs, Lucy and Eli.

Overall, an okay read with likable characters.
