When Jade saw a cut on her face heal right in front of her eyes, She knows something up.
Then when an incident at school leaves her unscarred, Her boyfriend Aiden shows her life with powers.

This didn't really have much going on. All the way through, i was just hoping that something good would happen soon, but nothing did until the end.

It did pick up at the end though, and left it on a cliffhanger.
Though, it wasn't enough for me too pick up book two.

I wanted to get some answers. Who was this guy? What did he want? Did Jade get her powers from her dad? Unfortunately though, none of these were answered. I was left with more questions than less.

I didn't really like Jade. Through most of the book, she acted aggressive and let her fists do more talking than the her mouth.
Instead of talking to Chrissy about her problems with her, she punched her. This happened about three times. She also banged her neighbours door, shouting at her to answer, instead of letting Aiden do his thing.

Apart from doing that, she didn't really do anything to make me like / dislike her, Because most of the time was spent talking to Aiden, and not showing us who she was.
It is only a short book, but it would have been nice to see a little about what made her, her.
