Thomas was an okay character, and there were times where I felt quite sorry for him because of the way he was being treated. He did make it worse for himself at points though, and Charlotte didn't really help with that.
This wasn't a bad read, but after a bit I started feling bored. The pacing was just too slow for me, and unfortunately, the twist made it worse for me instead of better.
Overall, Not awful, but I can't say I enjoyed it.
