I really couldn't stand the characters in this at first. They improved a little bit as the story progressed, but they still weren't ones that I could love.
This wasn't a bad read, but there were times where I felt a bit bored. It took me ages to get into it as well, because the characters were so unlikable.
Overall, Not bad, but had awful characters to start with.
