Actual rating - 2.75
The characters in this were okay, and I felt quite sorry for them at points, But I didn't love them.
This wasn't an awful read, but it wasn't one I can say I enjoyed either unfortunately. It really struggled to keep my interest, so I spent the majority of it feeling quite bored.
Overall, Not awful, but not one for me.
