Actual rating - 2.5
Candy could be quite annoying at times, and I didn't really like her.
I was slightly bored after the first few chapters in this, and unfortunately, as the book progressed, my boredom got worse. The pacing was pretty slow, and the majority of what happened in this didn't interest me.
This ended on a bit of a cliffhanger, but I doubt I'll be reading book two.
